How living space changes in 2021

In the past 2020, the way of living and using our homes has changed a lot: the pandemic has made us understand how fundamental the living space is for our well-being. Never before had it happened to use one's home in such an all-encompassing way: sleeping, eating, working, studying, doing sports and having fun! We understood the importance of our "refuge" not only for basic needs but also to be able to manage work and study commitments, both for adults and for our children involved with DAD.

In 2021 we will try to increase more and more functionality and comfort to make our homes more efficient and, if possible, also by expanding them: in fact, 2020 has led us to reflect on the need to change the spaces of our homes. Among the most requested changes is the improvement of the brightness and the possibility of comfortably ventilating our rooms by choosing new windows with more innovative openings by changing, where possible, the three or four-door openings with new lifting sliding openings that make spaces larger .

In addition, the request for lighter colors and finishes from classic white or veined, ivory and cream that amplify the brightness. Demand for two-tone finishes is on the rise. Curtains or venetian blinds inside the double glazing are also increasing, which elegantly solve the radiation in certain hours of the day and do not create clutter in the home as well as having no maintenance over time. Therefore great importance is given to functionality and space for the family thanks also to the 2021 Tax Deductions which help to pursue these objectives.
